If you place an order as a business customer, you confirm that you are acting in the course of trade and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.

Where an order is placed by a consumer (a private individual acting outside any trade or profession) within the European Union, applicable EU consumer protection rights, including the statutory right of withdrawal, apply as set out in Section 9 and in our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Orders and Payments

By placing an order through the Site, you commit to paying the full amount displayed at checkout. All payments must be made using the payment methods available on the Site. Orders are considered binding once payment has been successfully completed.

8. Shipping and Deliveries

Shipments are made according to the shipping methods and rates selected during checkout. While we aim to dispatch orders within the stated timeframes, delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers or customs are outside our control.

9. Cancellations and Returns (B2B)

Vintage Wholesale Berlin operates strictly as a wholesale supplier for businesses, resellers, and commercial trade. By placing an order, you confirm your commercial intent, and acknowledge that all sales are final. The EU 14-day right of withdrawal do not apply to contracts made on this site.

Order Issues & Claims: If we make a mistake (e.g., incorrect items sent or items not matching the order description), please notify us at sales@vintage-wholesale-berlin.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos. Approved returns must include the entire relevant wholesale unit as originally received and must be shipped back in a tracked shipment at the buyer's expense within 14 days of confirmation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vintage Wholesale Berlin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or the purchase of products through the Site.

11. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being published on the Site. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
