Commercial Scope

Vintage Wholesale Berlin is a dedicated B2B wholesale vintage clothing supplier for businesses, resellers, and commercial trade. Because our business is exclusively for commercial procurement and resale procurement, statutory EU consumer return policies and 14-day withdrawal rights do not apply. All sales are final.

Exceptions & Mistakes

We will make sure you get what you ordered. Returns are only reviewed if a clear mistake was made by our team:
Incorrect Items: The goods received do not match your order type (e.g., a completely different category or style was sent). This does not apply to multi-brand mix variations.
Excessive Flaws (Grade B): Orders are evaluated for returns only if an unexpectedly high percentage of the unit consists of true Grade B items (large stains, holes, or heavy damage) that fall completely outside the description of the ordered grade.

Vintage Wholesale Conditions

Due to the nature of vintage wholesale clothing, items naturally show signs of wear consistent with their age and grading. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for a change of mind, unsold stock, brand preferences, or normal vintage wear.

How to File a Claim

Timeframe:

Any discrepancies must be reported in writing within 24 hours of delivery.

Process:

Email sales@vintage-wholesale-berlin.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Conditions: Partial returns are not accepted; the entire relevant wholesale unit must be returned. Tracked return shipping is organized and paid for by the buyer. Approved refunds will cover the product value minus original shipping costs.
