How does shipping work?
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs depend on the weight of your order, number of boxes, and delivery location.
We will ship your order within one business day after payment. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. All shipments are insured.
Do you offer a guarantee?
We are committed to the highest standard in vintage wholesale and always appreciate your feedback. If you are less than completely satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return 20% of the order. Return requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order.

How can I order vintage wholesale clothing?
To buy vintage wholesale clothing:
✔️ Browse and shop our wholesale collection online anytime.
✔️ Book an in-person appointment to handpick at our Berlin warehouse.
✔️ Book a videopick appointment to choose stock remotely.
How does in-person vintage handpicking work?
We invite you to visit Berlin and explore our warehouse of beautiful vintage clothing. Our sales team will show you our range of categories. Enjoy coffee and music while you shop! You are welcome to stay until our warehouse closes (6pm). After your appointment, take your items with you or we can ship your order.
Need local advice? We can assist you with finding accommodations in Berlin and we love taking our clients out on the town.

How do videopick appointments work?
Vintage Wholesale Berlin serves clients across the world! Our free Videopick appointments allow customers to choose fine vintage stock remotely, piece by piece, from wherever they are.
Our sales team will meet you on Microsoft Teams (formerly Skype) or Facebook Messenger and show you items from the categories you are interested in. You just say "yes" or "no"! After choosing, we send you an invoice and ship your order after payment.
Book an appointment to buy via Videopick. Calls are scheduled for three hours.
Is there a minimum order?
Our minimum order applies only to Handpick and Video Chat appointments. 500€ across 5 or more of our 100+ vintage categories. No minimum for our online shop. We also consider special requests, so don't hesitate to get in touch.

What wholesale products do you sell?
We have an extensive range of vintage wholesale clothing and accessories. We specialize in 1960s–90s vintage blouses, tops, dresses, skirts, jackets, sweaters, trousers, and denim jeans. We're confident we can supply exactly what you're looking for. Visit our Instagram or Categories page for examples of our stock.
What kind of quality can I expect?
We only provide top-quality, premium vintage clothing – quality is our priority. Every vintage piece is curated, washed, and checked by hand.
We process vintage clothing every day and select the best stock for our customers. Our Washing Department cleans and dries all clothing at our warehouse. Our Quality Checking Department makes sure each zipper, button, and fabric is in top-condition.
When you buy with us, you can expect high quantity at top quality!
What brands and designers do you sell?
Brands: Our vintage stock includes a wide variety of brands, from well-loved labels to hidden gems. Since we focus on true vintage wholesale, our inventory is constantly changing. We guarantee that we will always have our highest-demand categories in stock, and each item is handpicked for top quality and style.
Designers: For our regular customers, we offer designer pieces at the same price as our other stock. It’s our way of saying thank you for being a loyal part of our community at Vintage Wholesale Berlin!
